while that is true, you can't take one incident and create a ruling from it - i'm not saying music is haram or that it's halal...i'm just saying you can't look at one narration or ayat of Qur'an and take a ruling on that - you have to be able to look at all the related Qur'an ayats and hadiths and THEN you can maybe figure out a ruling...wa Allahu'alam...

1st of all..the song 'tala3al badru' was a song sang to the propeht (bpuh) whn he was coming to MEDINA..and it has drums etc...so if dats halal..??/ wht bout islamic song regarding instrument..most ppl make me piss whn dey say dat
