Is this the same pedal as the Washburn soloist. Because they look so much alike and they sound alike too?.

Yes, the Artec soloist is cheaper. I tried the washburn soloist and they do sound alike. Hmmm, same manufacturer, different names maybe? Oh, and impressive guitar playing by the way.

really? artec is cheaper? i saw the washburns going for 5-20usd in ebay, could be that the washburn soloist is the branded version of these. since are is a company, do you have a vid for the wahsburn soloist? thats interesting

That's waht I'm thinking. Since washburn is a better known brand, they probably jacked the price up. I think they sell for $50-$60 at target. I haven't browsed ebay yet for washburn pedals.
