She didn't "steal" this song. Belinda bought the rights to this song from a sort of music catalogue and yes she hasn't been the only to buy the rights to this song.

From there she adapted it to spanish.

So yes Teenage Superstar maybe the original version but Belinda also legally has the rights to this song [or at least her version BNN]...making it not stolen.
