Have you had any telekinetic experience with moving larger objects? I believe you that this is a real thing, but as I have yet to see another legitimate telekinetic user, it does not appear to be very useful. Surely it should be possible to move/levitate something with actual weight? I may try this myself, although I feel there must be much more to it.

i have also started to spin from a distance of about 6 feet way just to try and make sure its not the wind or air coming from me doing it. When can do it threw the glass bowl then i am totally sold. In retrospect, the book is trash, generating fears based on outrageous claims with absolutely no evidence. In my dabbling, I have never had a negative paranormal experience. There may be such a thing, but I don't think it's going to happen as a result of playing with PK. Have frun with it.

However, as these newfound abilities have been developing, I have been experiencing paranormal activities. I've been doing dmt and listening to solfeggio senquences. I did a 3 day meditation period with no sleep or food in my dim/dark room. Meditation and drumming have also been helping be. I highly recommend an instrument. Specifically drumming becuz of the polyrhythms u can produce. I can levitate a small paper, dont give a fuck about science i do with will.

Be prepared to start feeling really tired (which tells you that energy is going somewhere, regardless of small results). Till now recently !!! As you may know that I've started this practicing last year and was pretty intensive on this!! Then went on practicing from te to time !! But the dream looked so real that you have no idea how it was 4 me as if I was performing it live right now so upon waking up I did not remember it straight away but only in the afternoon !! Them decided to try and perform tk but didn't work , later some wicked pain started occurring in front love , random parts of my head/ brain !!! It

I've been doing dmt and listening to solfeggio senquences. I did a 3 day meditation period with no sleep or food in my dim/dark room. Meditation and drumming have also been helping be. I highly recommend an instrument. Specifically drumming becuz of the polyrhythms u can produce. I can levitate a small paper, dont give a fuck about science i do with will.

darrylsloan i did it. it worked for me as well. i have moved this bean. but its not moving much yet. i can however see the movement. i look at the bean and work on my breathing at same time. then i close my eyes. still imagine that bean in the table. from there i open my eyes and look straight at the bean and i can see the bean moving clockwise. does it always move clockwise or it can be moved counterclockwise? what kind of items can u move so far? this is no joke. i am a believer. i did it.

Be prepared to start feeling really tired (which tells you that energy is going somewhere, regardless of small results). I imagine this is like anything else in life: the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. There are no hard and fast rules. Have fun with it.
