  • My brother had a bootleg of the movie and as a kid I begged to see it. He tried to warn me how bad it was but I wouldn't listen. The only good thing about the movie is this and See Me In The Mirror.

  • Marilyn Manson suck major ass, Alice Cooper is the real deal and always will be.

  • wow great song the movie is even pretty awsome as well not to shabby

  • Good punk rock song, a bit underproduced... needed more guitars.

  • love the Vincent Pryce "Raven" reference

  • @BathrobeKeck Vincent is his Alice Cooper's real name in life and it was used in the movie at his request! it was also filmed in his home state of Arizona!

  • i love alice cooper he rules!!! :)

  • I finally got to see Monster Dog, just a few hours ago! I might not be an avid Alice Cooper but I do know what I like! Okay the movie was okay, I did enjoy the music!

  • Alice best!

  • The best part of Monster Dog!

  • this is not cheesey at all. it would be cheesey if it was taken seriously but its all for humor. you can tell alice gets the joke. people just dont fucking get it. plus it aint anymore cheesey than the shit we see today. my god people justin beiber is at large on the loose and youre picking on alice cooper? give your heads a shake. anyone who doesnt see the humor or the fact that this is pretty damn cool is a complete tit im sorry to say.

  • Great Song!!

  • This movie's gotten alot of flack for being "cheezy" but dam it i don't care! I LOVE and have since i rented it like 20 years ago! Just bought the dvd a couple weeks ago! This song is awesome and so is Alice Cooper!( big fan for many years! ) . The ending with Alice freaking out and rolling around on the ground is HILARIOUS! Now i need too get that dang boxset so i can finally get this song!

  • Monster Dog is a interesting movie. The movie felt like a music video and played like one in scenes including Identity Crises at the beginning. Watching the movie through I get the sense that the movie was missing footage. It feels like it wants to be more then the typical slasher and just barely misses the mark. Its still a interesting movie and a nice little oddity in the carer of Alice Cooper. Any horror or metal fan should give the movie a watch.

  • And no covers of this song?

  • I watched Monster Dog a couple nights ago, haven't been able to get this song out of my head since. If you love cheesy horror flicks, this one's a gem!

  • no such thing as a rock an roll hall of fame until the coop is in

  • Bad ass song! Ive always loved this and See Me In the Mirror!

  • a little know alice cooper tune

  • No one will be seated during the thrilling van driving scene.

  • @Beatnikzombie Heh. It amuses me that this movie opens the EXACT SAME WAY as Pod People... well, minus the bit with the renfaire hunters.

  • @SpeedTiberius It just plain amuses me. I wish they would release a version with Alice commentary.

  • I rented this movie twice long, long ago and taped this song off the TV with my portable radio/cassette player sitting in front of it. For years the movie was out of print. Now I have the song on cd (Life and Crimes) and the movie on DVD. :0) Happy Alice Fan.

  • This video always cheers me up! The movie its from is pretty goddamn horrible though.

  • Love the song

  • Funny thing is Alice's real first name is Vincent.

  • i got the movie this was in.

  • We have the same birthday. I saw him once, unplanned, at church on Easter.

  • SCREW MARRILYN MANSON!!! Trying to replace Alice would be like trying to replace the original Godfather, you just can't do it. LONG LIVE ALICE COOPER!!!

  • @IrishClanKing fuck yes!

  • Wow this is like the best song EVER! ALICE ROCKS!

  • Bad ass song, wish it was longer though.

  • Brilliant song. My favorite of his.

  • the COOP ROCKS

  • I like this song, is it on any of Alice Cooper's albums?

  • Have you watched the film?.Its brilliant

  • Cooper Rocks !

  • Yes I like it, I have the video tape.

  • The Original Marrilyn Manson

  • its on the boxed set

  • What is the name of the box set?

  • life and crimes of alice cooper

  • sickthingsuk sorry

  • This song is only on his box set, disc three. Hey if you are a big Alice Cooper fan visit sickthinguk it,s a better website than his official site.

  • I agree

  • Does Alice Cooper have an album where this song is featured? If anyone knows please let me know. I have not been able to find this

  • This video rocks!! I love Alice Cooper. He's definately Alice in wonderland!

  • awesome song

  • This song is something i dont expect from Alice, but it totally rocks, on a minor note, it's spelled IDENTITY CRISISIES for some resean

  • well its "Identity Crisises" really. Meant to be the plural of crisis (instead of the correctly spelled crisis' ) meaning he has more than one identity crisis.

Sometimes I feel like a spelling preacher

Sometimes I feel like an english teacher

  • I love this damn song!

  • This is not a Video of the mythical Alice, is the titles them of head of the movie "Monster Dog" of Claudio Fragasso alias Claide Anderson year, 1984. The movie was turned to Madrid, chosen in scenario this way in order to introduce the protagonist of the history, Vincent, a famous rock star that it had lost l' inspiration and that it returned to house after 20 years, in the hope to find again it. Rossella Drudi. (writer)

  • Sometimes I'm Alice Cooper,sometimes I'm Vincent Furnier XD

  • Sometimes I feel like Alice Cooper. :-)

  • So great and underrated song.

  • Alice Cooper is the best! He is a brilliant musician and has the most charisma I have seen in an artist so far.

As for the film, it is badly dubbed but I loved it! Seen it about 10 times!!

  • If you haven't seen the movie...holy shit is it bad...bad in a campy kind of way. Oh and his voice outside of him singing is DUBBED by another actor. For those die-hard Italian horror movie fans, you'll recognize the overdub of Alice's voice....but all and all it's the kind of movie you can eat with a large pizza and a couple of beers and laugh at because it's extremely hokey, cheesy, bad.

  • I remember seeing this movie back when it came out. I was probably around 10yrs old or so. I remember liking this song but thought the movie was lame.

  • Actually, his hair's curled up in the back, so it's not really short.

  • Cuando la Era de Grigón olia a oro se hacian cosas como esta... GREAT!!!

  • I love u Randy and i will never forget u .R.I.P.,we sure had a lot of fun evry time i hear this i will think of u,I miss u

  • the movies was ok but, I luv this video. I do sometime feel like billy the kid...lmao

  • SHOWTIME! Alice is a genie!

  • Don't really know what to say. I'm a huge fan of Alice, he can do any style. BUT WHY THE FUCK HAD HE CUT HIS HAIR SHORT ?!?!? A short hair fits Vincent Furnier, not Alice Cooper!

  • He probably did have an IC and he was already doing the short hair thing, but he couldn't have pulled off the Bond look with long hair. You think he should be a Bond or do a country movie? He is versatile. He plays golf for crying out loud!

  • The only reason i own this movie is for this song.Cooper rules.Everyone else will always be a wannabe.

  • Alice Cooper can do almost anything. Haven't seen the movie, not interested either...but this song is simply GREAT!

  • always loved this song (not the movie in particular, but it isn't THAT bad for a cheezy 80's foreign horror flick... ahem...). still, great 80's coop song that is probably just as well known as anything else he did at the time, even though its even more "lost". soo sad that the early 80's period of his shit is so overlooked, best cooper besides the band's stuff w/o any doubt. song sorta reminds me of iggy pop somehow.

  • Cooper is a rock legend. BUT this movie is pretty awful.

  • I own the 'Monster Dog' movie and though it's not a great movie it's still good nonetheless.

The song itself is good; I just wish the guitar had more edge to it. This came out between 'Dada' and 'Constrictor' when Alice was going through his own identity crisis.

Cool song from a rock 'n' roll icon.

  • last heard this at the end of monster dog over 20 yrs ago- still a great song

  • This is a cool song, though!

  • I'll explain it to you, dfgryrty. It's Alice!!!

  • Can't explain it, but this song is soooo cool!

  • cooool song..yea

  • This movie was god awful, but fun to watch.

  • The plural of crisis is crises (as in thesis and theses)... it even scans better ;) bit of trivia for you there! intriguing obscure clip, cheers :)
