Immersing the students in the letters, their sounds, writing them, singing them is key. We use Sing, Spell, Read & Write here in this classroom, it's great for larger class sizes. Keep working with those letters, that's the first step to literacy!
my one year old loovveess watching this video..shes a totally different learner than her sister so this definitaly holds her attention. Thanks so much for sharing!!
You are welcome to use this idea if it seems appropriate, but I've started playing a different version of who took the cookie... you know those magnetic alphabet letters? Well, we have a letter of the week and we do who took the "a" (or whatever letter) from the cookie jar...who me? Let's see...they hold it up and the class says if it is the right letter if it isn't they guess what it is and what sound it makes--
am so happy I spent the day with you at a seminar in Nakhon pathom, you are of so much help. Keep up the good work.
