Glamor shot my ass! The colors are way too red, shadows too dark, details lost, poor shading. The original is actually much better after a quick curves correction
that is why he keeps emphasising that YOU need to play around with the settings because everyone has different taste in the final result so that is why he didnt want to give you absolute numbers.

@mitty2575 If you can't find curves, you can accomplish much the same thing with levels.

It depends on your image and its resolution. There is no way to tell you the exact numbers. But he can demonstrate the techniques he is using.
