  • Bitch was right size does not matter

  • great video..please check out some of my monster fish videos :)

  • Cool!

  • potee

  • Great trailer! I'll have to get the video. Chris Cravens once guided for me in Alaska (out of Fly Fishing Unlimited in Port Aldridge). Best fly fisherman I ever met. Back in 2005 on American Creek, he helped me catch my first wild Rainbow (24") with a dry fly. Best fish I ever caught. I remember someone telling me that to force himself to stop fishing one day, he broke his rod over his knee. Talk about a love of fishing. Does he stil guide in Alaska?

  • @dburke21 Chris is one of the best fly fisherman we've ever met too! He's now a Firefighter/Paramedic in Anchorage, but still fishes every chance he gets. He also guides from time to time, but it's for fun with friends and newcomers instead of a job. There's more about him in the Cast/Crew section on our website, and you'll see him in upcoming Cross Current videos. Thanks for stopping by, and if you have pictures of that 24" 'bow, please post them on our Facebook page!

  • @CrossCurrentFishing Thanks for the response. I'll post my 'bow on the Cross Current Facebook page.

  • The music I loved the most was the "soundtrack" - the music that accompanied the main part of the video. Yes, ending with the Grieg was also a great idea.

  • I loved the music in this video! Made the fishing even more exciting. It built up really great and then ended with that cool classical piece.

  • @54macondo Thanks a lot. We've been getting a lot of great feedback on the whole Cast Alaska soundtrack, we're really happy people are into it. The classical piece you liked so much is "In the Hall of the Mountain King" by Edvard Grieg, and yeah, it's got a great build!

  • I love this video, its sick! I have watched it a few times now! I also added it to our video gallery on our fly fishing community site. I will email you a link. Great job guys!

  • YES up here the fishing is always great . Some time s the catching is not so good but the fishing is GREAT.How can you not love a day on the water no matter what drainage you are in .See a snow capped mountain ,an Eagle setting on a tree, have a Bear let you share HIS fishing hole.So if you catch an flay or catch and release .Just being there is the real prize. Just a comment fro some VALLY TRASH and proud of it

  • Great footage and color. What cam/glass are you guys using?

  • @TroutLegend Thanks! We use a number of different cameras, mostly Sony and Canon with some other units for the underwater shots. If you want more info, drop us an e-mail (it's listed on our website) and we can get into the heavy camera geek-speak.

  • Great work guys! Where are you based at? Who's editing & shooting?

  • @AlaskaOutdoorsTV Thanks! We're based out of Anchorage, Alaska and Los Angeles,California. But we plan to travel all over the world with Cross Current... if there's amazing fishing to be had, we'll be there.

  • beautiful.

  • Awesome, Dude! Cinematography (almost) as good as Breaking Bad :-)

  • @delboccavista Thanks, that's quite a complement! Breaking Bad is a great show.

  • Great work Sean. I will post on my FB now.
