Making it work is complex, ordering some catalog and buying some parts from the hardware store and retrofitting your peice of shit car is totally a scam.
This not new. Hydogen has been seperated from water by electrolysis for a hundred years. There are loads of these things on the market and they can improve gas consumption but watch out for high prices. I may not be worth it.
The mixing of hydrogen with a hydrocarbon fuel can increase efficiency. However, a water powered car with no other consumables is, and always will be, impossible.
Shell has the patent for this technology
