Of course this is a video for foreign people, but I think that if an italian like me watches this video, won't like this music wich you put at 3:46, because is a song that criticises the problems of Italy: the mafia and the bad health service in south of Italy and the prostitution and the hypocrisy of most of the politicians all over the country. It isn't a nice link with Fiat, Lancia and Alfa which make very good cars, good looking, quite cheap and increasingly reliable and powerful!

Most of italian cars have beautiful design. Alfa Romeo is on 1 place. ( we talk about 4 manufactures in this movie). I like italian cars, i had only italian cars, i like Italy but i'm not Italian ;-).

Some type missing in this footage. Where is my beloved Punto MK1-MK2A,MK2B and Uno.

I had to focuse on few examples of production era, otherwise, my clip would have few GB's and a lot of attention to all details given by Italian manufacturers... :)

Blame me but in my opinion all new (since about 2000) cars are just ugly in comparing to their earlier models.

@oddinside I'd say their are on a new design artistic path... :) ;)

Also, 1985 - 2000 isn't exactly a "golden age" for Italian cars, considering FIAT, Alfa, and Lancia.

That explains a lot about their cars till 2000.

I'm personaly sorry, that Lancia bandoned their way of making some of most superb rally cars ever.

Lancia took the role of "luxuriouse" car maker instead, althow Lancia can't find it self on premium class market, as same as some more popular premium brands can.

Only Italy builds the best cars in the world

Spain and France have no experience in cars.

Italy wins every year in all car competitions rally Lancia Delta Formula 1 Ferrari WTCC Alfa Romeo FIA GT Maserati and in Motorbike Ducati Aprilia and Gilera italy is the best no doubt.

Maserati have all of ferrari...

The alfa have different factories, the head is different that not fiat (motor,everything is different in alfa.)but i believe that in fiat like to say the alfa are fiat..is not hard to believe it!

I know, only Alfa Romeo and Lancia have interchangeable engines and till now that was 1.8, 2.0 (old AR petrol engines from AR 15), 1,9 JTD and2,4 diesels from 156 and 166, and earlyer had 2.5 petrol and 3.0 was V6

FIAT have it's own engines for it's cars, but they are based on new Alfa Romeo engines. For instance 1,9 JTDM from AR in new Fiat Bravo and Croma 150 and 200 HP

Thank you for wxplaining, but I allready know that, althow, Alfa, Lancia and Masserati is under same concern, and built in same 2 Italian cityes, Milano and Torino, if I'm not mistaking, the head of the concern is FIAT. GM who was previouse owner, sold all to the FIAT...
