@JohnGolbunny isnt not called the Sopranos family but Tony was runing Dimeo crime family, and the boss was Ercole DiMeo, a.k.a. "Old Man" and "Eckley", is the founder and the longtime Boss of the DiMeo crime family and he is serving life in prison.
@Podrecje at which point Giacomo "Jackie" Aprile became acting boss of the family. Though Jackie already had full control in 1999 (the first season of The Sopranos), at one point he said "I may be acting boss while the old man's a guest of the government" out of deference to DiMeo
@JohnGolbunny When the death of Giacomo "Jackie" Aprile is reported on television in season one, the newsreporter states that; he was the Acting boss for the 74-year-old Ercoli "Eckley" DiMeo, which then makes him over 80 years old at the end of the series, assuming he is still alive at that point.
@Podrecje Ercoli Dimeo was the first boss of the Dimeo crime family in the show, he goes to jail and jackie aprile is acting boss. Then jackie dies and tony and the rest of the family let tonys uncle Corrado soprano be boss, in reality tony is running the family behind his uncles back, thats why his uncle tries to have him killed in the first season. for the rest of the show tony is street boss while his uncle is on house arrest. After his uncle gets dementia tony is official boss of the family
@bugsymafiaangel Reading her interviews, listening to her speak, along with her selection of film roles leads me to believe that she's not only totally uninteresting as an actress, but that she also moonlights as an idiot in her spare time.
ye that interviewer is a douche, how plain can you ask questions my god. but now i know that this is the guy that will ferrell impersonated, i liked him waaaay more then this dude
@JohnnyLoco23 actually james lipton is hosting a class, the crowd is made up of students. The whole thing lasts over 4 hours and his job is to ask simple questions about acting that can benefit his students. By asking simple questions he gets the guests talking about acting instead of him making speeches. This isn't 60 minutes it's simply part of an acting course at their university.
reminds me of a joke by Dara O Briane where an ex-IRA guy has put on a play, and current IRA members "advise" him to watch it, when he misses the first showing, they come back again and "Persuade" him to go lol
James - Jimbo - Jim..........never heard of that? we've got that thing here in germany we call "school" where we also get teached culturel stuff from other countries!
that's true! it's an american-thing! as the british are more "proud" of the name james (because of the kings) so it's more a traditionel name in Britain than in America! and as the Americans like to have nick-names for everything they do it with james! for example you might remeber the guy from "American Pie"? His parents call him James sometimes... his friends call him Jim!

Yeah and Gandolfini was great too! It was great how honest and open he was. To me that makes a great interview, with an actor.
