when i see this. watching Jesus getting beaten to the brink of death, getting whipped, bruised, shedding all this blood for you and me, it makes me how precious his blood. that he shed his blood for us. us humans who as turned our backed on him even after all the things that he did for us. that he still took our place on that wretched cross for us. that just breaks me.
