Your voice is great but your laugh is off. I've spent hours listening to the Joker's many and various laughs since I was six. Heath Ledger's Joker has a dry, drawn out laugh, while yours is smooth, and consistant. He also made a comment that the Joker in the comics did not have a fluid HAHAHA laugh, he used giggles and chuckles, too and he incorporated those into his character. I hope you don't take this critique the wrong way. I just want to help you perfect a great impersonation.

Not nearly ready. His impressions are getting better in ways, but are still lacking MUCH technique. Some of the acting in them (recent ones, even) is very bad. Some scenes are good, but most others not.

Strange; Ryan is a GREAT impressionist but his Joker is so underdeveloped. BUT YET, when he does his OWN Joker dialogue/act (Like at 0:28) the acting is very believable, the performance clever.

I say stick with ur own style; it works better. The impressions simply aren't that good right now.
