@machinegunboy98 you dont need a license, there is no such thing as a machine gun license, there is however a class 3 manufacturers/dealers/ffl licenses. anyone who has a clean record can buy any machine gun manufactured before 86 as long as they find someone who will sell to them and pay the 200 tax stamp, if helps to know someone in the aft that can push your paperwork through too

@CREAMFILLEDANISH85 no it really isn't as hard as you think. your state has to allow full auto weapons. if they do than you need a find a full auto weapons made before 86. after that you just have to get you head of police to sigh off and fill out a form 4 with the BATF. than pay the 200 stamp and wait for the paperwork to go through. it really is that simple. the problem is getting all the paperwork together and completed and having the 5000-30000 for the gun depending on what you get.

@jarhead2966 getting a full auto made after 86 is a little more difficult because you need to have a FFL or a class 3 manufactures permit. both of those are very hard, time consuming, and expensive to get, not to mention that the government doesn't give out that many FFL's. i dont know where you herd that you need a judge. you just need a pass a check by the BAFT and get the chief to sigh on on the form 4(the hard part) to get a transferable(before 86) machine gun

The reason the Glock 18 is so expensive is because it is a fully-automatic weapon. Any weapon bought from a legal source that has an upper receiver capable of full auto is going to set you back at least 10,000 bucks. The 200$ tax stamp is correct.
