Who thinks multiple tours in this stupid Iraqi quagmire war wouldn't affect you mentally? You doesn't think things like this happened in World War 2? Let me start by saying, my heartfelt sympathy goes out to the victims and shooter's families.

I'm not trying to divert the blame because undoubtedly Russell is solely responsible for his actions. With that said, I do question the attitude and tactics used by the military and medical officials at Camp Liberty.
