we have same problem with builders taking bloody ages to build a shed.. when we have an investment property 4 bedroom house etc that is up to lock up and it started after this bloody shed haha

we've now learnt to put start dates and end dates in all bulding contract things.. and if not done by those times there is a $50 per day fee thereafter lol makes them get the job done thats for sure!
