ok i will tell all of u how to get lugia but u have to have either a wii or a game cube and pokemon gale of darkness beat pokemon gale of darkness and purify lugia and u remember the original gba systems? and how u need a link cable to trade? just plug in the link cable to ur gba systerm and plug the other side to the wii or camecube go to phenac city go downstairs in the pokemon center and of course have the gba on and trade lugia into either of the genration 3 games

Guys, you can really only catch it legit by getting some ticket from an event. Lugia and Ho-oh are in the same place - Navel Rock. Go to Serebii .net and you will find all of your answers from all pokemon games.

dude one mistake of this video is that grass floor when ur fighting lugia(ps: ur in a cave dude.......... it should be rocks instead of grass n how can this happen when the only way to get lugia without hack or cheat is through gba events and lugia appears a naval rock which is the same place as ho-oh's. your video makes us who got lugia from the event looks like its not precious anymore cus u guy can simply get 1 when we get them so hard...... be honest dude........dont hack or cheat

Theres a secret to get Lugia and Hohol without cheats and I know how. You need everylegendary you need, Moltres Articuno Zapdos Mewtwo Raikou suicune and Entei you don't need mew. Nor Celebi after you get them you go to seven island go to the Altering cave and right when you walk in go to the right and you will see them both.
