  • INTRO DE LA OSTIA VA PARA FABORITOS

  • 在日本動畫剛起步的六零年代

    這作品的作畫品質真的算是七零年代的等級了

  • I like this better than the English song

  • Anyone know where I can get this series? Particuarly with English subs :D

  • A couple of posters mentioned the elephant jump. I still get chills as a 47-year-old man when I hear the sound of those auto jacks!

  • my dad used to watch this show when he was a kid

  • 0:50 did that car have hydrogen fuel cells? What makes a car blow up like that?

  • I 've always loved that hornat moment 0:03. Is there a way to play it without any backround noise? Somewhere here on Youtube, maybe?

  • @Velocity9s - Me, too! I love the Mach 5 horn, and would like to someday try to duplicate it. I think I know a mechanical way to quickly alternate between two horns to achieve the tremolo effect.

  • Actually the name in spanish is METEORO,it means shooting star.

  • mach go go, mach go go, mach go go go!!!!!

    GO MACH 5 GO!

    The best!

    ^_^

  • If this one will air on Hero tv in the Philippines. We sure going to watch this after all. And i like the Japan version of that song. Rather then English version cool 70's anime song

  • Omg, I did not realize this OP was swing music. o_o I could totally dance to this. That's so awesome.

    Mahha go~ GO~~ GOOOOO~~~ <3 Love to this.

  • WOW.....the japanese original version is amazing!

  • his outfit is so sexy...

  • GO MACH 6 GO!

  • Who's thought swing music could sound so incredible? I especially like the bongo drums in the begining. Mach Go Go Gooooooooo...

  • FYI, this anime was originally created by a Japanese animator in 1960's. It's called Mahha Go-Go.

  • COOL! ^__^

  • Mach GO...GO...GO!!!!!

  • Kind of weird but that was good

  • man, i've been looking for a subbed version of mach go go go for ever

  • Hahaha! *gets the pun*

  • I bet throughout the series, poor Speed was like "What the crap?" because...he had grown men trying to kill him over auto racing.

Still, that's what made this show great XD

  • Not meant to kill the joke, but if you think it, mafias do use any kind of competition event to gamble, and they often place their bets for the least likely to win, then have to ensure that said player wins, and that means by any means. It's not as farfetched as it seems.

  • wow this one is much better and longer thank you so much for uploading it

  • For some freakish reason, I like the English song more... Weird, dubbed anime usually have shit openings. Thank God the English-dubbed Naruto started using the Japanese openings as well, not that it matters to me, since I watch it in Japanese, but still... Except maybe Yu-Gi-Oh!. I like the English-dubbed Yu-Gi-Oh! opening.

  • When I think TBC,I feel angry about Korea government.

I'd like to shouting to the world that "TBC is forever".

  • Mach GoGoGo was broadcasted by TBC(TongYang Broadcast Company)in Korea now not existing

broadcast company due to Korea military government press crackdown november 30,1980.

Eventhough that was Japan's animation, that was

my pleasure when I was a elementary school boy

    in 1970s.

  • esta mejor este opening que es el original que el americano nunca me canso de verlo me encanta ademas por sus elefantes y como el hacen hubieran dejado mejor este que el otro asi si estuviera mas chida al serie

  • does any one know who is the singer?

  • The singer is Ichiko!

  • Gentaro Takahashi & Tokyo Meistersinger

  • I thought it was Vocal Shop?

  • According to the JP wiki it's Vocal Shop.

  • That was so awesome to see the original title sequence that inspired the american version that I grew up with. I really liking the original Japanese opener.

  • ummm its werid but funny

  • This it turns out is the original cartoon on which "Speed Racer" was created -- mostly by the dude who voiced Speed! Google the 3 words: speed racer wiki ... to learn the cool facts behind it's creation for America/English speaking world.

  • The original Japanese version had nothing to do with the man who wrote/produced/and voiced speed himself. He had everything to do with the English version however.

  • Yes, that is true.

  • I had never seen the original Japanese opening, but I am so glad I just did. Thank you.

    -Ian C., 12-year old filmmaker

  • Why the hell doesn't the American Speed Racer DVD have the original JP opening as an extra?

Only to maintain the illusion Speed Racer is purely an American creation, probably (but somehow apart from Mach Go Go Go). Thanks for posting this!

  • I first saw it on Cartoon Network, the on the Japanese Playstation game.

  • that was fucking awesome!!

  • Japanese, English or Spanish, Italian (I've seen this in Italy) it's all got that cheesy goodness of 1970s anime. And there was nothing cheesier or better than Speed, Spritle, Trixie, Pops and Chim Chim. Go Speed Racer, go Speed Racer, go Speed Racer go.

  • Ever stranger down in the Spanish Speaking countries the titles all said Speed Racer and where in English, but they called it Metero.

  • @ElHijodelDuce In Brasil speed racer is known as Captão Meteoro (Captain Meteoro) and Speed Racer >:

  • Very trippy, for some reason. Lookin' at pink & purple elephants can do it for you.

  • WTF! he's gettin' shot at by arabs!

  • Everybody was shooting at him at some point on this show...

  • Good point. He was pretty opportunity when came to being a target, wasn't he.

  • the guy that was singing sounded like an opera singer

  • Umm...wow...I think I prefer the english one...

  • Yah but In Latin America, Metero as he was called was this video with English words.

    Go figure?

  • @ElHijodelDuce man is meteoro in diferents countries in sur america called

  • @kogababe I like the Japanese one more myself, That elephant jump and the racing goons with machine guns is IMO alot more memorable than that lame 'Go Speed Racer Go!'

Too bad none of their bullets ever hit that brat kid and the chimp who always hid in his car trunk.
