One year for Christmas my mom got me books of Winnie the Pooh (die-hard fan for many personal reasons), then another year she and dad got me and ipad. I reacted more stunned and happy to the books than to the i-pad. Why? Cause mom got my heart. She went straight past the material satisfaction and gave me something that touched me deeper than money ever could. She was after my heart. She showed me she cared. The greatest gift my parents gave me was their love.

My parents helped me through being arrested for drink driving and are still supporting me as I aim to get my minister's license and change my life for Jesus Christ. That's a real Christmas present.

I give my mom a 10 & my dad a 0!!!! He cheated on my mom & never supported us we where always moving! In the amount of 16 years we moved 46 times! But yet my mom has always been here for us & has been taking care of us on her own for years now!! (I have 3 sister & 2 brother!) None of us really care about the gifts we get or if we get any at all thats not what CHRISTmas is about! Its about celebrating Jesus & spending time with the people you care most about!!!!!

I'm guessing you were trying to make a point along the lines of the "starving kid in Africa", but sadly, this just failed to come across as anything but selfish and pretty ungrateful. Especially since there actually IS a parent evaluation...which is unfortunate, because I enjoy most of your other vids! I had a wonderful Christmas surrounded by family, food and love. And that's more than most people get, so I am very blessed and content!

I had a great Christmas. I give my parents a 10 as well. They may not have raised me to remember that there are children in Africa who have less than me but they did raise me to be myself and think for myself therefore, I didn't really want anything other than a couple of books (one being TFiOS by John Green which I finished that day because I couldn't put it down). I'm thankful that my parents indirectly have taught me that material things are not important and that time is much more precious.

Being a musician I preform a lot during the year of december, my mother stole my bow secretly with the good intention of restoring it to good use after wear and tear. returning it after all my performances untouched. I love my mom... I give her a 10 for this year. She didn't steal my violin too.
