  • I thought pozole was made with lengua.?

  • I made pozole once for a xmas get together and everyone loved it, but I forgot how to make it, I loved your video and its made with chicken, Cant wait to make some for my kids they are going to love it!! thanks for sharing.

  • @SocalChicana65 happy you liked the video. Gracias!

  • @frankrramirez1... Not sure why it is spoiling, unless you leave it out all night. My suggestion is to just let it cool and put into a large tupperware container in the fridge, it should keep for at least three or four days. I actually freeze whatever is left over, great for a quick meal. Good luck :)

  • @frankrramirez1 Let it cool, cover and put it in the fridge, that's the best way. Greetings!

  • I made this for Xmas and it was great. It came out soooo good I couldn't be it...... My family wanted to know how I learned to make pozole. I was honest and let them know I got the receipe from you..... Thanks again for the receipe....

  • @mrsgesquivel de nada!

  • Is it ok to eat the sauce without straining it to get rid of the chile bits? I thought the pulp from the chile might upset your tummy right? Anyways I'm still going to try this recipe! Looks delicious :)

  • @FunkyLilBeat1 Yep, the small chile bits are ok to eat. Enjoy!

  • @recetas7 Gracias! Nos da gusto que le encanto!

  • Loved the video! I usually make mine with Pork and different chiles New Mexico and little bit of Chile de Arbol. My next Pozole will include your seasonings and chiles. Could you please tell me what chilies you used? Also, could I use the same seasoningss for Pork? Bay leaves in boil with meat - this is different what does it taste like? Chili with Broth in blender peppercorn cloves oregano ~~~~~~~~ salt garlic Thank you Veronica
  • @niqa74 Hola Veronica, we used dried guajillo chilles and pasilla peppers...these can be purchased at any mexican market. Yep, these seasonings would be great with pork!

  • That is not a traditional pozole, it looks good, but it is not a traditional one

  • @anarchun can you share a recipe that is?? plz

  • The rabanos cut in rueditas are better, when you chop them, they oxidize due to the amount of surface that is exposed.

  • @tbdalva Thanks for the tip!

  • Ohhh MaMa Mia thnks for this wonderfull recipe. Now I know how to cook my favorite food.

  • @mar7dong Very cool! We're here to spread the good word about pozole!

  • Oh, in the beginning of the video where you had mentioned a pot of boiling water.

  • @Fresburg82 You want enough boiling water to cover the peppers completely while they soften up.

  • What kind of peppers where they? also how much water did you use? Thanks!

  • @Fresburg82 We use guajillo and pasilla peppers. What step of the making of process are you wondering how much water we used?

  • Gracias!

¡Salud!
