They cannot damage your hair...it's just like if you were wearing some hair clips or something. I am getting some, I have been putting it off to long. They accually only last a few monthes. If you wear them daily. I change mine every month and a half because they get frizzy.

Yes. You can dye, wash, straighten, curl and crimp the hair extensions. They are human hair and can be treated as such :-)

I know this question wasnt directed towards me but I thought maybe I could help! Human hair comes in all types of textures, wavy, straight, I've even seen dreadlock extension hair. You name it, they have it. So I'm so you can find a hair extension that will match yours! As far as where to get it from, they have Sally beauty supplies all over the US. Or try searching online for places that may ship to you? And since it's human hair most of them can be dyed but I'd check with the seller to be safe

I have a tip being african american female if you can not find these extensions u can simply buy some human hair any color or shade u want and buy the clips 4rm sally beauty supply and sew the clips onto the hair and there you go instant hair extensions. Hope this helps those who cant find them already made.

Great tutorial but I'd like to add some tips:

1) Just tease the roots a bit to prevent the extensions from falling easily.

2) the first extensions should be put on much more lower like 2 inches from the bottom so that you can't really see the your real hair which is shorter than the extensions from peeking out too much.

This might be a stupid question, but has anyone ever thought of using hair extensions for balding hair? I mean are the extensions might to be under existing hair or can they be clipped on top of scanty hair to give the appearance of a full head of hair? just a thought that popped into my head while I was watching this video....

I have had these for about 6 months and I ADORE them. I have a trick to keeping them in place so the don't slip or move around at all. Tease the hair a little where you plan on clipping the extension and also spray a little hair spray before you clip and that makes the clip stay in place all day long without slipping or coming loose.

I wear clip in extensions... the clips are much bigger and i find it feels so uncomfortable wearing that many of them, do you have that problem?

Also I only have one big back piece and then two front pieces and it looks natural as in it blends into my hair and the clips are hidden, but it doesn't fall where hair naturally falls. idunno i guess i need to make new ones :s
