I had my cat trained on whistles and dog commands since that was the only way he listened. But he still acted like a cat... so therefore him treating the cat as a dog with the whistles and such is not to abnormal.

They tend to react to a sharp S though, as long as it's not the first letter in a word/name.

So cat's react more easily to their names if there's a sharp s in the middle of it, but it depends on the breed of course.

What the fuck is BBC style. Last time I checked, Britsh accents are really funny sounding, and have funny words to describe things that have noting to with what you are talking about. Most of the time indistinguishable winy blabber. Most of the time when a limey talks on television, there are subtitles for proper english speaking humans. Simply read a Websters New World Dictionary and pronounce the words as they are written. British accents are messed up squeaky blabber.
