I think thats so strange!!! even when we finished school last year, and I would meet my classmates on a night out - especially college nights out, we'd always say hey to one another and have a chat.... hahaha sounds like your in the best group there is!!
I have always wondered, is American High School really segregated like this????? everyone has there own gang and they stay they with their own. My year group had kind of a click status in 2/3rd year, but by 5th year and final year everyone kinda mingled together. Maybe cos it was our last year.
@Irishcailin64xx ya im in highschool right now the goth kids hang with goth kids. Stoners with Stoners. Athletes or rich kids or good looking kids hang together and im actually part of this group (I play American football).
I totally feel for this kid. Even today at almost 30 years old and when I was that age, I know how devastating it can feel to have an affection for someone, but she doesn't like you that way mainly because you're not the best looking stud in school or thinks you're not good enough for her. Words of advice to all those young ladies out there. Looks aren't everything. Just because a boy isn't a drop dead stud muffin, that doesn't mean he's not good enough. Stop being so shallow and heartless.
@samcginty Thank you, I praise you and applaud you for your words of wisdom, I can totally empathize with that too. I'm 21 but I've been in situations like that when I was a teenager.
@samcginty You are absolutely right, man. This film touches me every time I watch it, and the music just makes it even better. I can also relate to Lucas in this film because girls always seem to go for those football players, and leave the nice, sensible guys out in the cold.

Such a shame that corey had to die...i'll always remember him for this movie. Drugs=death. I feel sad now. But @ least he's in heaven now where he won't feel any pain.
