Layer- Meaning each strand of you hair has diff lenghts so it when you style it, it gives you this layerd look like one shorter than the other.

@LearningKpopDances do not use a razor i mean it's easy to use can cut your hair, but you'll damage your hair and cause and get many split ends. umm what you want to do is wet your hair to make it damp then start to for top to bottom, shorter to longer using thinning shears. depends on you. hope this helps.
