Too bad dropping grace notes will cause control issues, thus making it difficult to play at higher tempos. Maybe you should actually watch the videos because you would learn to play drums :)

Your taps shouldn't even lift up. It should stay at 3 inches. So it should just go down without lifting the stick. Only your accents should be lifted up. Like 9 Inches.

your moving your arms way too much, when doing flams your arms should be motionless this way the sticks should only move vertically and you will have a lot more control

Your flams are wrong, the best way to explain it is when having the stick playing the grace not at a resting height, and dropping it down, just before you play with the hand playing the full stroke, that is the best way i know how to explain it.
