    I heard this tune a couple of years ago from my Trini friend..

    Calypso is not a well known style a music here in europe, I like Mighty Sparrow too them tunes like Jean & Dina and such...

  • Lord Kitchener and Calypso Rose's mid '70s release ('Sugar Bum bum' 'They must play mass', 'So ley we jam') got me hooked to Calypso music when I was in high school in Nigeria. Then l heard Mighty Sparrow and Lord Melody on Lagos airwave; l was swept off my feet. Young artist are trying with their Soca, but l want to thank you Lord Kitchener for being a good ambassador for this beautiful music.
