BUY YOUR OWN: You buy a house and you pay forever. Then when you're done paying.. you still pay taxes forever and everytime something breaks YOU PAY! and the quity... I lost $60,000.00 in equity from 2008 to 2010 and it aint coming back. Supply and demand. Homes are going to be like cars soon!! You buy it and it depreciates right away. PERIOD! there is your answer for buying.

I agree. In my neighborhood houses are depreciating at about $2,000 month for the last 2 years. Such a bad time to buy!!!!
