Let's face it, Labour have fucked up hugely, they created a whole seperate society of yobs, made them reliant on welfare and utterly feckless, and then they gave people a load of jobs in the public sector to deal with the issues that this society of yobs cause. If you pay people peanuts to sit at home all day and breed, you will of course get higher crime, unhealthier people, anti-social behaviour and more family problems.

It all needs to be cut and people need to get a fucking work ethic.

I am 17 years old and was unemployed for a long period of time. The job centre then put me on a new scheme and I was given a job within a few weeks. The pay isn't good but I get a qualification and some experience.

Without their help I'd still be on the dole.

Mrs Cooper needs to seriously re-valuate New Deal before attacking the Tories. It effectively treats claimants as criminals in everything but name. New Deal Centres are soul destroying and staff are often little more than patronising bullies who like having control over others.
