@alxxz The Creator and the Stone-like Object are the same. Basically the origin of mankind. Since man has failed to yet again to succeed as a race on Earth, the Stone-like wipes out man. The Creator, after you've killed Origin, use Buster and Reana, the last two Silvergun pilots and humans alive, as Adam and Eve so start all over again. So, the story itself is never ending, a continuous cycle. If come across Iuchi's interview in Emuxhaven, he hints at a very important message. This is it.
