Why are there horizontal lines on the footage at 0:38-0:40 and again at 0:42? Is it something to do with shutter speed? Just asking because I sometimes get this on my videos?

@ohstandard It's because the camcorder is recording in "i" 720i or 1080i wich is interlaced, you need a camcorder wich is recording in "p" 720p or 1080p Wich is progressive scan then you will get rid of the horizontal lines ... You can also find plug-ins to your editting program wich is gonna remove those lines ! :)

@420ESSC Simple answer, no. Unless you want to spend a LOT of time figuring out what the image is underneath, then drawing it all back in...

why does the video have that parallel lined offset when editing the movie? I know its not going to be perfect in the view because it is scaled down, but I seem to have this problem when I export videos and there is quick motion. Any recommendations?

The footage is actually interlaced video you need to use progressive video when you export.

@TheJohanfilms The lines are from interlaced footage. You can either de-interlace your footage or just film in progressive.
