There was only episode because Christina Cox helped create this pilot to sell it. The episode was just not picked up by tv. Christine talks about it on the Bloodties site. She talked about creating characters you can relate with. She kept talking about a boyfriend, but we all KNOW better. I'm sure Christina liking girls was discovered by producers and that's how Bloodties was cancelled. They were afraid the fans would find out and flip.
