  • its funny since u coulda brought a real 1 for much less, a prefessional for 15 bucks

  • too slow

  • you can buy a professional counting machine for 15 bucks.

  • You can buy a coin sorting machine for like $19.99 why spend double making it.....?

  • @METALMAN4Wii this guy is an idiot. this machine will sort pre 1982 pennies from the newer zinc pennies. try to find a walmart coin sorter that will do that

  • @tylermichael22 So you're saying it's good or bad.....?

  • @METALMAN4Wii i wouldnt pay that for it. i payed about fifteen dollars for my system and have already pulled more than 80 pounds of pre1982 pennies from currency. which makes me a fair amount of extra cash.

  • it comes with a wiring harness, 12v connect black to negative and red to positive. its real easy. I'm currently uploading a video of mine to my page.

  • I bought a similar model from seller chowhe_taiwan for $10. It works really well once you figure out how to tweak it just right. If anyone needs help send me a p.m. and I'll help. Not as fast as the Ryedale but WAAAAY cheaper and faster than by hand.

  • Please send info. on penny sorter

  • Will you share how to wire the connector to the cell charger?

  • too dark, cant tell whats realy going on.

  • Great idea and insight....that is all we are going to have left (pennies) if that much, after obama finishes with us.

You should print the instructions on the video after it plays. Plus it would lengthen the video.

I see you have included them in your video description.

  • Come on guys...you can't sort faster than that trickle of pennies???

  • Very cool. Can any comparitor do this? I think I might build one just for kicks.

  • To make this coin sorter: The main component the blue box on the right is called a coin comparitor. You can find this part in Ebay or searching the internet. Don't buy one of these coin comparitors used, as most of them are junk. It's hooked up to an old 12v power supply from an old cell phone charger. The rest is just old water and pop bottles and misc hardware from Lowes. The coin comparitor I bought had all the cables and instructions. I bought it for $20 on EBay.

  • Thanks!!!

  • is there a specific model of comparitor that separates the different pennies? A couple on ebay just say 25 cent. Did you program yours somehow for pennies?

  • I wish this was a "how to" video.
