this shit works man. today i am having a bad day cuz i feel real sick, so it's not going so great. HOWEVER, monday and tuesday were amazing! i met some new people & i was totally myself, cool and calm and collected & cool with who i am. that hardly ever happens... but the more you work at it the better it gets. and it goes to show, if you love yourself, others are more attracted to you! sweet dude!!

There is freedom when you are at the bottom. You have no where to go but UP. This is a great chance to start completely over, and try something completely different.

I think that lists really help organize your thoughts and clear your mind. You can write a million things down and THEN figure out what the priorities are. You can also give yourself a to-do list for each day which can help to motivate you to get up and keep moving. Plus it is hard to remember "now what was I going to do next?"

Personally I have had a lot of luck with prayer. I guess that is a form of manifestation to put out to God what I want and then to see it happen.

Also remember, "This too shall pass", and "the lillies in the field".

The "personal magnet" concept is something I am familiar with having read Three Magic Words years ago. It reminds me when I used to play hockey.
