Nino Schibetta scared Simon Adebisi, and only because of Ryan O'Riley outsmarting him did he die. Shame Peter Schibetta was nowhere near the man Nino was.
actually dobbins gets stabbed during the riot, and in season 2, vahue said dobbins died . i do not think it was from the glass, the stab wound messed him up good.
Indeed, there's a later scene that helps explain things. Nino's lying in a hospital bed connected to a whole bunch of IV tubes in a vain effort to keep him alive. He can't talk, he can't move. O'Reilly gloats over an utterly helpless Nino and continues to feed him glass laced meals to guarantee a slow and painful death.
Yes, season 1-4 were good. I loved watching how Beecher transformed from a 'wet behind the ears' lawyer to a carefree toughguy. He played the toughguy much better imo. After season 4 his character started to get boring. Adebisi was still my fav though!
Yeah no shit. Beecher cracking is still the highlight of the series for me. He was quickly my favorite character. Then through the later seasons he just... got... boring... Should've kept the gnarly beard.
@ManicRevelation I liked him better without the beard. It was easier to be sympathetic when he seemed like a nice person who didn't belong there. It's okay for him to be "boring" because other characters aren't. He was someone I would have maybe liked to know, except when he was acting tough.
Wow this takes me back. Nino was such a cool character, I had been hoping he'd be a mainstay. But I guess it was the producers' idea of karma. One can only imagine how much suffering a guy of Nino's mould caused to others for his own benefit.

so does that means dobbins would have died 2 from eating glass?
babybirl009 3 years ago
Only if they continued to feed him glass, one salad wouldn't do it.

you guys are dumb, yes they fed him glass but this scene is when they put a lot of the blood thinners in his food
dipbandana 3 years ago

ALMIGHTYIGZ 3 years ago
Nope, he died from the internal bleeding caused from the glass he ate.

Yeah, the acting, writing and directing was so much better in season 1. This guy who played Nino Schibetta was particularly good
cun7us 2 years ago 3
Actually, I'd say seasons 1-4 were great. Season 5 was average and season 6 was terrible (with the exception of the ownage that Robson suffered).
Psychology 2 years ago 5
Season six got good when Qwerns (however the fuck you spell his name) took over Oz... Well no it didn't, it ended. It would've gotten good though!

Yeah, it pissed me off how they stopped Beecher being crazy and turned him back into the timid guy from Season 1 (first half).
