Get in, get the job done to the customers satisfaction & get to the next job. I have been doing this for 10 years and make $35 on site then to the next job. I live in the south so money is Great from April to October, then some leaf jobs. Commercial jobs pay $170 per 1.75 hour. I have always worked alone. Great Video. Thanks.

Besides being cute, I think you're right on. The OBVIOUS answer is the number one reason people fail with a lawn business is...THEY'RE DUMB. Thank you MMKSGEH...you're brilliant. C'mon to you too. These are not only true reasons a person will fail, they're a helluva lot more interesting. Gee, I wonder why Dan is so famous in the industry. THE NUMBER 1 REASON A LAWN BUSINESS FAILS: The owner doesn't understand the numbers behind the business. IE:doesn't know where his money is going, doesn't understand the overhead involved, can't muster up enough profit.
