Thanks for the comment. To be honest, that's a hard question to answer, but I'll write about that soon. Long story short, I'll say that the new Yankee Stadium will benefit bigtime from the Great Hall, bringing fans to the game earlier and keeping them longer to explore the franchise history. The Giants/Jets will benefit by being tailor made for whichever team plays that week. I'll say Yankee since it won't compete with something else nearby as the Giants/Jets have the Xanadu next door.
