A similar thing happened to someone i know during mayday many years ago, a police Sargent ran across the road and pushed my friend over from behind were he hit the concrete pavement quite badly then quickly responded you should be on the pavement which he was but i was not, i guess i was to big for him then he ran back to his mates on the other side of the road. we asked a legal observer for help but he replied he could not help if their were no independent witness,s. the state wins every time

Amazing to see them destroy a crime scene by dragging the body of Ian Tomlinson from the scene. Shame on the lot of them and I hope that justice is finally done for the Tomlinson family and the thug Harwood is sent to jail.

Are the police frightened of our jury system, I think so because there is no doubt in my mind a jury would convict.
