I think Tim Minchin raises a good point when he says that it's fundamentally sick that we allow people to pretend to speak to the dead. May I remind these people that lying to a person who's child has just died is the height of sleeze?

I hate all this pseudoscientific crap on the learning/science/discovery channels! How about a skeptical show that debunks crap, teaches reasoning, the scientific method, skepticism, logical fallacies, etc.

I could come up with an entire season myself: Ghost Hunters; 9/11 Truthers; Noah’s Flood; One World Government; Autism and Vaccines. Bring up the claims of these idiots, and destroy them. Conspiracy theorists and creationists claims are false and/or logical fallacies.

I overheard a conversation about how this person believed in ghost's and how this ghost hunter show verified that here belief's were true. The way this chic was talking, I felt it was better to stay out of it.

These fraud "Ghost hunters" need to be stopped. It should be against to the law to put out stuff like this without letting people know it's fake. Much like magicians are well known to be tricks and illusions and not at all "magic", these "ghost hunters", need to be labeled as fake as well, or face serious criminal punishment for spreading imaginative bullshit and false information.
