Really? Looked more like a hammer-head stall. What has climbing near vertical got to do with a wake turbulance incident? I've been in it; it just dropped one wing really fast. There was no stall and no nose-up or down involved.
Recovery depends a lot on when you get the turbulence, low and slow on a final approach is the worst possible time. Keep your distance from the heavies and always be aware whos in front in both takeoffs and landings.
this is a wake turbulence recover simulation. the aircraft went inverted. if it was a spin recovery you would have heard P-A-R-E -- power to idle, aileron's neutral, opposite rudder to stop the spin, elevator to halt the dive
At slow speed on a landing approach wake turbulence can induce a spin. So therefore I would consider spin recovery good training to know respect/fear wake turbulence. If you get into wake turbulence the same skills that you learn in spin recovery can help you better handle wake turbulence. Also it makes you respect what can happen; so youre less likely to put yourself in danger.
obviously 13 faggots had no idea what this video was about

Hmm so wake turbulence simulation looks alot like a stall simulation, good to know.

What is the wake turbulence recovery procedure since it's not PARE? Thanks.

i would've screamed in the process...was it terrifying for you when it was the first time?

yeah, im goin with spin recovery

Was that not a spin recovery?

I agree that was a spin recovery. However one of the most common deadly phenomena associated with wake turbulence is spins.
