Catching hybrids at Rough River Lake

I love catching these in the jumps, my friends caught a 10 lb one on a rooster tail

i love catching these Hybrids, from where i catch them, they'll bite anything from Mimic minnows, crank baits, rooster tails, and swim baits, The biggest one I've caught is around 8 pounds

these guys are pro with lures. i can fish perfectly fine for catfish or stripers with chicken livers or live bait but if i'd go to a lake i didn't know, i wouldn't know what to use to catch these hybrids

awesome vid. we have a lakehouse in paqnther creek, first cove on the right. the largest our families ever had caught was an 8 lber, this year. we just got back from there. kentucky bass were bitin good this weekend

Other good hybrid lakes ~ Grayson Lake, Herrington Lake, FishTrap Lake, Barren River Resevior Lake.

You can also slow bump troll with Chicken Livers 3 or so feet off the bottom, 20-30 ft of water. Its a strange way to catch'em but they love'em
