  • dont teach if u cant even learn them do .those are your own gymnastic not exercises you pretend to them be. so change the video title name it my own gymnastic :)

  • Today I held a headstand split for a while. I've tried the tibetan rites before but I think I got discouraged by trying to do the 21 times too fast. You've inspired me to try again! This time I'll start with 3 and then add one a day or something incremental to ween my body into it. Thanks for the inspiration and having such simple encouraging videos!

  • Ann Marie is quite flexible.

  • I trained with my own bodyweight for about half an hour

    Then I whent rollerblading for about an hour

    later i did some cardio for about 20 minutes

    It was a good day ;-)

    And now Im planning on doing the five tibetan rites, thans for the introduction :)

  • Once dance rehearsal and two performances. Lots of good exercise but I think the five tibetan rites would be awesome do do before dancing, a really good warm up. Thanks for sharing these!

  • im gonna try these tomorrow (if i dont forget lol) they look simple to do.

    I didnt exercise today, I slept too long and felt icky because of it, I figured my body needed it for some reason though.

  • The only exercise I have done so far today was walking barefoot up down the field which is a mountain side where I live 4 times so far. Always carrying something each time. But it is still early next trip down and up is wet laundry. Then going for a bike ride later.

    Also I did stretching before I started.

    Annmaries hair is getting so long.

    Maybe these Rites will be something I add into the routine as well

  • Rebounding. My husband is convinced it is both a waste of time and money. I don't know, I just know I feel good afterwards and it's just plain fun to do!

  • Early morning - 2 laps around school track. By evening, 7213 steps on the pedometer.

  • Walked to the mailbox and back, chased red fox away from my cat, 15 min on rebounder... hope to get on my eliptical before day ends.....
