open itunes with your ipod plugged in then go to your ipod name such as nates ipod then where your at summary got to photos then uncheck sync photos and they will be deleted
1. create a folder on the Desk top called photos. 2. open itunes & sync photos from ipad/iphone into new folder. check your ipad it should be empty. 3. move photos from new folder.
What you do is create a new folder on your desktop(note: plug in iPod first and open iTunes and go on summary go down and click on the manually control your iPod) then when your on iTunes click on photo then click on sync, after that you click on the folder selector and go to desktop and click on the new folder and the photo album is deleted.
make a new folder on your desktop or where ever and put 1 pic in it (pic may be optional but not sure), then go back to your iTunes and where it says "Sync Photos from New folder" hit the New folder and select Choose Folder. find and select the folder you made and sync it with your iPod, then just find the folder on your computer and remove the pic and Sync your iPod 1 more time to completely delete the album...Problem solved :)
