  • Very nice Lorraine. Tech. Tip : If you want to get rid of the black bars at the side of the video just go to edit video and down at the end add this tag "yt:stretch=16:9" without "

  • @clarebannerman Thank you. That won't warp the picture by it being stretched?

  • @WhiteTiger333 No it won't. It worked for me on the older clips. If you don't like the look just delete the the tag and it reverts back to the normal size (Under tags add yt:stretch=16:9)

  • Love it - I miss the upstate beauty and richness ---and water.

  • @CaptKelp Thank you! It is so very lovely up here and water is possibly our most precious resource. I definitely look forward to June again, especially after today's winter wallop. :D I'm sure the ski resorts are happy about it, anyhow.

  • @WhiteTiger333 You got more winter coming - we just got hit with over 2 ft and it is still coming, What we get general makes its way east. I could do without it for sure BUT We need it - with out it all those pretty steams and rivers would go away - and that would be NO fun at all. Captn'

  • @CaptKelp True - the older I get, the more "inconvenient" the snow and ice are. But all of the seasons are special. Besides, I'm rewarding myself from shoveling snow today with a very nice NY state pinot noir (Dr. Frank) and some rewarmed beef, venison and storage veggies stew - all local ingredients but for the salt, pepper and bay leaves. Doesn't get better!

Two feet, now - yikes! Do you have a snow blower?

  • @WhiteTiger333 Now that sounds like the thing to do - reward myself with a good Pinot and REAL food. Two + and still snowing - third day of the Battle and I am loosing it. Snow blower - I have tank - a snow blower with tank like treads. It will climb mountains, but when the snow gets to deep and heavy even it can't do it. Enjoy - Cheers

    Captn'

  • The sounds of nature are so calming and peaceful. It remembered my the smell of the summer, the scent of the flowers and hay. Thanks for sharing!

  • @Flowersfromthegarden Thank you. :) I so look forward to the return of green and warmth.
