Another point is double white lines around corners, slow down there as the white lines tell you you cant overtake as you can't see round corners... and if you cant see around corners, sods law is that someone is parked/broken down there, or going really slow.

Especialy those idiots that try to overtake tractor trailers when they can't see what is on the other side!

Any driver can drive fast. The good drivers know when to drive slow. Always be able to stop in the distance you can see to be clear - all of the examples he mentioned can be summed up in that one rule.

he forgot to mention to slow down when a police car is following you in a 30mph one.  SLOW DOWN to 25 out of spite.
