The security officer was wrong to pull out weapons and threats. He shouldhave explained u were on private property and asked u to leave then if u refuse call police and let them talk to you. If this guy worked for me he would be terminated real quick.

Security Guards & Police Officers have to follow this same rule of force; THE Force Continuum.

Level 3:

A baton or PR-24 can only be used at this level as a self-defense mechanism to block blows or temporarily restrain a suspect. Handcuffs can be used a restraint devise only if the security officer has been trained to do so. Not every suspect needs to be handcuffed. They should only be used on a person who exhibits aggression, poses a real threat or where flight is a real possibility.

@MrEpiclylaterd : It didn't seem like you posed a threat, so the only thing he could do is verbally communicate with you to leave (level 2) or use his physical presence to make you leave (level 1).

The problem I see with this video dude is that we don't see enough before he pulls the baton out. You guy's could have threatened him (not saying you did) & that's why he pulled the weapon (level 3), but it looks like you do have PROOF OF THIS GUY'S POOR USE OF FORCE & could get him reprimanded.
