There are Sandbells all over the floor, so does that mean that you have to have a different one for each exercise? Do you have to buy a full set? What sizes do they come in?
these ARE challenging! bill (the guy in the video) is my trainer and i love that i can do all these exercises with the one piece of equipment (instead of having to fill up my house with multiple pieces of equipment). great ideas, bill! keep 'em coming!

I should have this guy over to do my floors.
Seriously though these are very challenging exercises some of which can be done with swiss ball, ab roller etc.
