She says all it takes if for one Congressman to step forward and call her in to testify under oath. Why has Ron Paul not done this? I thought he was one of the only honest politicians left that is sympathetic to Sibels cause? Why is he not speaking out publicly on this case? He should be taking the lead on this.

I share your frustration. But it's possible that what it would take is one congressman who was on the committees that have access to the needed files. Perhaps someone on the Intelligence Committee. Or perhaps it takes enough support from others to challenge the retroactive gag that's been placed on congress. But ultimately you might be right. Why hasn't he done any thing?  Or why not Kucinich?
