WoW I like your recipe. Fusion food~ mix with chinese and western seasoning =] Cool that u have a BBQ garden at your place~ Unfortunately, I don;t have one here in HK but I can go to beaches for BBQ =] Oh, I have a recipe of baking spare rips in chinese style and would like to share, maybe i will send to your facebook page =]
@12quillemall5321 hello, thanks for your post, you can use the whole duck if you like! I would cut it into portions first so that it will cook quicker? Frozen duck is fine, just make sure it is fully defrosted first :) x
Duck is about as good as food gets IMO. So bad for you, but so so good haha.
This is very similar to a marinade I make for duck legs. Orange zest works fantasticly with duck! By the way, If you have a Webber Kettle, try cooking them in there with the indrect grilling method for extra juicy results!*
*and there is less chance of burning them to a crisp for the amatuer grillers reading this lol
Your videos are excellent by the way. Very easy to follow. Keep up the good work!
fantastic!! I've never thought about duck legs on the grill (I've always only had them braised from the wok, like traditional Chinese style) - I'll definitely try that next time! :)
@highwingprop Hi ya, I know! Neither had I until I saw them when out shopping and thought I'd give it a go on the BBQ. I've never had cooked duck on the BBQ before actually - came out good :) Hope your well and thanks for commenting! x
Ooh, looks tasty! We've had plenty of sun here in Stockholm too, but we haven't actually set up our bbq yet :P We live in an apartment, so it's a bit of a hustle when we decide to bbq, since we can't do it at home (don't even have a yard or anything ), but when we do, I'll definitely try this! Might not find duck legs, though, but it should work with chicken too, right? :P
@FaerieDust hi ya, Thanks so much for the comment :) If you dont have a BBQ you can cook this in the oven and yep you can use chicken legs instead! Good to hear your getting sunshine nin Stockholm too :) x
duck legs and corn flour, two things I haven't seen in our stores. interesting video great tips! and on the grill!

We can only get the whole duck which is frozen. Can the upper half be used in this recipe?
