learning a 360 on a snowboard last winter

BS= less windup, easy landing.

At least that's what I find, there's a bit of a trade off.

It's more personal preference I believe, But BS on a 3 you would be able to spot your landing while frontside 3 you're blind. So in saying that you would think BS, but some people just feel more comfortable initiating the spin going frontside so depends.

yeah it doesnt take too long.. just start out by carving a bit while going up the jump and then keep turning your head until your rotation is complete and land!!!
