Great potential - but hope you don't mind a few vocal tips. I'm sure you could be very clipped and exactly on the beat if you bothered put more effort into timing, so why not do that? At professional auditions they will only go for those who demonstrate near perfect timing. Don't garble the less significant words and most important - try to really show off on the highest notes - make them the loudest and clearest. If you can't do this, choose a range that better suits your voice.

I have to disagree. Maybe you should check out a few of her other singing vids before you make such a quick and short sided assestment because she is amazing. Watch her "Fine, fine line" vid it's incredible. And Hairspray has quirky songs (even though I love them) so it'd be a bit mean to judge with just this one vid.
